How long we retain personal data
Sailivy does not retain your personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
We delete accounts that have been inactive for two years and for which a reminder has been sent without a response.

Sailivy does not sell your data to third parties and only discloses it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to provide a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, make your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. Sailivy will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. Sailivy also wants to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

How we secure personal data
Sailivy takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via info@sailivy.com.
Hosting termns
If any fraudulent or malicious activity takes place through a specific IP address that possesses the threat to the security of the company and general public the company retain the right to block the IP without due informing. By accepting the terms of this agreement the visitor present their will of compliance and if any of the terms of the contract found neglected or ignored the company has complete right to take necessary measures.
It is utterly the responsibility of the visitor to control all fraudulent and malicious activities to happen through their IP address. In case of a software attack where the customer found to be the victim, it is the responsibility of Sial IVY to make necessary moves.
Although we offer additional IP address facility, however, we can refuse to provide one without justifying the reasons for refusal. The visitor has no right to demand a reason for the refusal of the additional IP address. There is a large variety of factor that is the probable reason of refusal including spamming, violation of contract, non-availability of resources and many more.
